The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all items available on the Polymauve website by Elona Coquet, referred to as "the Seller."

The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version on their website. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect at the time of payment for the order.

1. The Buyer declares that they are a legal adult and have the legal capacity to make a purchase on the website. They may also hold parental authorization.

2. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood all the presented terms and conditions before confirming their purchase. Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

3. Orders placed are intended for the Buyer's personal use; partial or total resale of the products is prohibited.

4. The Buyer commits to providing complete and accurate information necessary for the shipment of their order. In the event of an error in the recipient's address, the Seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.

1. All items for sale are accompanied by a description. The Seller strives to present photographs of the items that are as accurate as possible, which the Buyer acknowledges and accepts. This information allows the Buyer to understand the product's characteristics before finalizing the order. The Buyer acknowledges that they have received the necessary advice and information to ensure the suitability of the offer for their needs.

2. In case of doubt about sizing, the Buyer can contact the Seller via the CONTACT page or by sending an email to contact@polymauve.com.

3. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the Buyer. By placing an order, the Buyer explicitly consents to the use of their email address. If, despite their vigilance, the products are unavailable, the Seller will inform the Buyer by email as soon as possible. The Buyer's order will be canceled and refunded. The permanent or temporary unavailability of one or more products does not engage the Seller's liability, nor does it grant any right to compensation or damages in favor of the Buyer.

4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order from a buyer with whom there is a dispute or any issue related to the payment of a previous order. The Seller reserves the right not to process an order.

Your item doesn't suit you?

1. No problem, we accept returns, and we will refund the amount of your order. Only the return costs will be your responsibility and should be made as soon as possible.

2. You have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the day of receiving the product for a partial or total return of your order. Beyond these 14 days, Polymauve reserves the right to refuse the return or refund.

3. Before returning your item, don't forget to send a message by email to contact@polymauve.com, and we will provide you with the return address.

4. In case of loss or damage to the package, no compensation will be paid. Therefore, make sure to send your package with postage because if it doesn't reach us, you won't have proof of shipment, and we won't be able to refund you. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the ordered items are returned in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged.

5. We will proceed to either exchange or refund the amount of the item(s) via the payment method used or as a credit for the same amount upon receiving the product within 5 business days.

1. The total amount for any order is indicated in the shopping cart before its final validation. The price charged to the buyer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by email. The price of the products must be paid in full at the time of the order. To pay for the order, the Buyer can pay by credit card or through the PayPal platform. The order will only be sent once the total amount is paid.

2. The Seller reserves the right to change their prices at any time. The price shown on the site on the day of the order is the only one applicable to the Buyer.

3. The prices displayed on the site are in euros, excluding shipping costs and taxes (all prices are exclusive of tax, VAT not applicable, art. 293-B of the CGI (self-employed status). Orders can be shipped to France and certain European Union countries, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be applicable in some cases. These duties and sums are not the responsibility of the Seller. They are the responsibility of the buyer (declarations, payment to competent authorities, etc.). The Seller encourages the buyer to inquire about these matters with the relevant local authorities.

1. In accordance with the European regulation on personal data protection, the Buyer has the rights of inquiry, access, modification, objection, and rectification of their personal data. By agreeing to these general terms and conditions of sale, the Buyer consents to the Seller collecting and using this data for the execution of this contract.

2. Placing an order involves collecting data required for the transaction, such as the Buyer's name, first name, phone number, postal address, and email address. This data remains within the European Union and is not shared with any other service or third party.

3. Transactions through PayPal are secured through PayPal's payment systems. Payment data is neither collected nor stored on the website during the transaction.

All creations presented on this site are the property of the Seller. They are protected under copyright and intellectual property law (articles L.111-1 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property). Any counterfeiting or reproduction, even in part, is subject to legal action. Any use or reproduction of texts, comments, photos, and articles on the website without authorization is strictly prohibited.

The Buyer is strictly prohibited from reproducing a creation for commercial purposes.
